What does this provide if I already have a license for all 6 bestiaries? Does it include a new interface to open specific summoned monsters with appropriate templates based upon spell and feats?

I think that is the add-on which provides a lot of monsters in the Encounter Library, using a break-down according to spell level.

It also includes interfaces for all of the alternate/summon buffs that come along with being a summoner. Makes things far easier than building each yourself.

Farling and Minous are correct - you get access to them all in an organized way in the Encounter Library, and they have the appropriate summoning options pre-selected.

How is it different for the Encounter Library set of 'Summoned Monsters', previously available?
