Tracked Resources

I have a question regarding tracked resources. I am using Hero Lab on my laptop during play (which is great!) but I cannot figure out how to track my ammo use. It seems intended that I use the tracked resources on the "In Play" tab, but I don't understand how to do it.

Hoping someone can set me straight. Thanks!

Gear and magic items haven't been switched over to the new tracking mechanisms yet. Sorry.
