[AB3] [SM] Iron Hands/Scions of Mars

Thank you so much for your work in making this product available, I am a great fan.

I believe that with the Scions of Mars divergence, veteran sergeants are allowed to select terminator armor from the armory, even if they are in tactical squads. The option to select terminator armor is not available in Army Buldier 3 as of now.

The wording on page 44 of the Space Marines codex seems to indicate that veteran sergeants may select terminator armor, as does the Iron Hand's fluff.

This was fixed, and is now available in a patch file on the http://ab40k3.homelinux.net site, in the downloads area.

Also thanks for including cursed founding in the update, as I have been eagerly waiting to write my Legion of the Damned Marines list with army builder.
