1) Why is the cart requiring me to purchase a game system with the Classic Migration to HLO Standard Level? Don't I already have the game system with my classic license? I joined my HLC license to my online account prior to adding the Classic Migration option to my cart.
2) If I purchase the Standard service, and later in 2 months upgrade to the Patron service, how does that work? Will I get a refund for the unused part of the Standard service, or a credit applied to the Patron service price? 3) Everywhere the website indicates "$5 off for new users". Why am I not seeing that discount when I place the Standard service in my cart? I've never used HLO before. Last edited by Krothos; January 9th, 2021 at 05:13 PM. Is it asking you to purchase the PF1 game system? That option went away after I linked my HLC license to my HLO account.
As for number 2, I don't remember the specifics of how it worked but yes, they make some adjustment. I think they refunded the pro-rated portion of the existing level and then started the new level from when I made the purchase.
