I have downloaded the images a few times and every time I start herolab it says I have one update available which is the hero images download pack.

Is my program not downloading and installing the images properly? If it is installed correctly how can I make it show that I have downloaded that image pack?

thanks

Did you move any of the image files to a new directory? Did you add other files to those directories? Those might make the program think the image files aren't up to date.

The current logic looks for any differences in the contents of the folder, including the introduction of new sub-folders. We looked into revising this for today's release, but it just wasn't feasible with everything else we needed to add in the time we had available. This has been added to the todo list, so we'll address it in a future update. For now, you'll need to just ignore the report that the images update has changed.

I have downloaded the images three times and I can't even find them or the folder. I'm new to Hero Lab so I don't have any idea where they're located. Can anyone help? Thanks.

From a character, click the tab with the empty square profile picture. It should take you straight to the folder where the pictures install. You can copy the path from the screen also.
