I have looked and looked and it may be right under my nose but I can't find a description of what these adjustments actually are. Any help?

The FAQ thread has a link to the Adjustment addon. Is that what your trying to do install it? Or use it?
To use it once installed restart HL. Then on the "Configure Your Hero" window check mark the "ShadowChemosh Adjustments" and then go to the "Adjust" tab. On that "Adjust" tab look under "Other Adjustments". If this is on an existing character you open the character and press "CTRL-K" to bring up the "Configure Your Hero" window Hero Lab Resources: Pathfinder - d20pfsrd and Pathfinder Pack Setup 3.5 D&D (d20) - Community Server Setup 5E D&D - Community Server Setup Hero Lab Help - Hero Lab FAQ, Editor Tutorials and Videos, Editor & Scripting Resources. I have plans to include a readme in the future to provide more details about the adjustments.
