One of the most frustrating things I have encountered with AB3 is the inability to Open (Load) a saved roster file without having to first click the "Create" button after opening a data file. I am sure most users would very much appreciate the ability to open a saved roster file when the "Create New Roster" dialog first displays, as was the case with AB2.2c release.
