House Rule: bonus 0-level spells

Greetings!

My gaming group has a house rule that all casters gain bonus 0-level spells based on ability scores (extrapolating the table in the PHB backwards). Is there any way to implement this using the Editor? If not, any chance we could see this as an option in the program itself?

The easiest way to do this would be to add an adjustment for bonus
spells, which you could then change as appropriate. I'll make sure this
is on the to do list.
