I downloaded the program and I paid for the data file but cant access Cortex. WTH?

yep. there's nothing listed on data files for the cortex sytem. and my licences shows I have paid for it.

every other game system is there, and will download -cortex notsomuch and I've reinstalled it three times, updated. Now I don't want to extend my license if I cant even use the system I want. Is WL working on it, did they lose the cortex license- whats up my wee cheeky monkeys?

Sorry. This was a technical screwup on our end. The problem should now be fixed.
Please note that Hero Lab does not involve any license extensions, so your concern about that may be unfounded. Once you purchase access to content, you've got it. |
