Hello! I've just recently bought a new laptop.I am using my main license on my desktop,i was using my secondery license on my old laptop so...I need to move my secondery license to my new laptop.Can i get any help please?

If it's been more than 120 days since you originally installed it on your old laptop, just use the secondary license number on the new laptop, and stop using HL on the old laptop, and there's no other special handling required. If it's been less than 120 days, support (you've emailed the correct place) will be able to reset the transfer period, and once they tell you they've done so, then use the license number on the new computer and stop using it on the old one.

Now my primary license on my desktop had stopped working...I sent another ticket : (

It says Access Expired.Says its like hack protection or sth...I dont get it...

Aaaaaaaaand it did happen in the middle of a session...Now i have to dm from my new laptop until this solved
