Classic to HLO

If I purchase a CoC 7th licenses for HL classic. If it becomes available on HLO, will the classic license transfer over to HLO.

No. According to the FAQ, you will have to pay a one-time 'transfer' fee to make Classic packages available on Online.

DM and player of D&D since 1980.
