I was under the impression that the Shield-Trained Trait was part of the Inner Sea Gods Campaign book.
However, post purchase I can't seem to find it in the Traits list that are available  Civviewarrior |

Have you made sure that you checked the "Inner Sea Gods" as a source under config hero? If you are looking at a hero you made before purchase, you have to manually add the book.
