I was hoping I could find out the best way to extract files. Usually I
extract with winzip to all three files within my armbuilder file, this has in the past worked fine but lately after the extractions I have been getting errors when I try to create an army. Something like " duplicated item krak ger" cannot load. Whats the best way to transfer these files. <x-flowed>Use the Army Builder "import" procedure. This is outlined in the Help menu
and within the manual. It automatically handles problems with files not being properly replaced. In general, DO NOT use WinZip to manipulate Army Builder import files. One fine day in the middle of the night, justicesar@aol.com got up to

You have a file called codexguard.40k in your /armybuilder/data/ directory, delete it and all will be well. The best way is to start Army Builder, click the 'Import Files' button and select the .zip file you just downloaded. This gets rid of any outdated files. -- Colen 'Not Colin' McAlister | License to Skrill Email: demandred@skrill.org | Visit http://www.skrill.org/ today! -----------------------------+------------------------------------ "Dovie'andi se tovya sagain" - Robert Jordan's Wheel Of Time ------------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from this group, email armybuilder-unsubscribe@egroups.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Accurate impartial advice on everything from laptops to tablesaws. http://clickhere.egroups.com/click/1701 -- Talk to your group with your own voice! -- http://www.egroups.com/VoiceChatPage...rmybuilder&m=1 |
