Some errors with Cult Mechanicus

1. The datasmiths has the Skitariis Special Issiue Wargear and Relics instead of the Cult Mechanicums.

2. The Datasmith has the Refractor Field and may upgrade it to an conversion field for 5p, not 10p. The same goes for the Dominus.

Hi Zaphod! The community data file authors don't generally check here for bug reports. The best thing to do is to check their website to see if anyone else has reported the problem on their bug tracker, and if not, fill out their bug report form.
