On Wednesday morning (March 6th) at 10 AM Pacific time we're planning on taking Hero Lab Online down for maintenance. The downtime should be limited to about 30 minutes.

We plan to restart the account/sales server on Friday morning (March 8th) at 10 am Pacific time, so new logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable for about 1 minute. Your service will be unaffected if you are already logged in.

On Thursday morning (March 21) at 10 AM Pacific time we plan to take account/sales server down to roll out some updates. New logins to Realm Works and Hero Lab Online will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. The online store and account management website will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour.

We are tentatively planning to roll out a small update to the account/sales server Friday morning (March 22), most likely at 10 am Pacific. New logins to Realm Works and Hero Lab Online will be unavailable for a minute or two.
UPDATE: This will occur at 11:30 AM pacific today. I'll be closing the online store to new customers at approximately 11:15 AM pacific in preparation for the update. We have temporarily closed the online store and account management website to fix a bug. We expect to have them back online at some point later this afternoon.
