On Wednesday morning (July 15th) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

UPDATE: We have encountered an unexpected complication and will be down a bit longer than expected. We hope to have services back up and running by about 11 AM pacific time (6 pm UTC). Sorry for the inconvenience.

UPDATE: HLO is live again.

UPDATE: Everything is now back up.

On Wednesday (July 29th) at 3pm Pacific time (10pm UTC), we plan to take Hero Lab Online and our account/sales server down for maintenance. We expect up to about 30 minutes of downtime, though it may be less.

UPDATE: We have encountered an unexpected complication and will be down longer than expected. We will get things back up and running as soon as we can, sorry for the inconvenience.

EDIT: We are planning a quick hotfix deployment at 1:45 pm pacific (8:45 pm UTC) to fix the weapon storage lockers in PF2 and SF. We expect downtime to be 5 minutes or less.
