How do I level up my character? I see the option to choose a "starting level", but it only lets me go up to 3.

I can't figure out how to get past that point.

Thanks!

Add a journal entry with the requisite amount of experience to get to whatever level you'd like the character to be. (i.e. level x 1000).

Thanks! But I found the problem. It appears to be a interesting bug.

I had a free account, and created the character. Then I upgraded my account.

Pre-existing characters couldn't get XP added at all in the Journal. However, if I created a new character, I was able to level him up just fine.

For future readers instead of building a new character simply use F5 instead. Open your character and press F5 which forces your browser to reload the HL application and removes the demo mode restrictions.
