Main Rule Book posting for VICIOUS states...

Whenever the unit rolls to damage, it can re-roll all dice that score a natural, unmodified 1.

While Army Builder states....

Whenever the unit rolls to damage, it can re-roll one dice that score a natural, unmodified 1.
