Modification missing from CR90

The CR90 does not have the modification upgrade. It should have one on the ship total.

It was removed because, prior to the Assault Carrier, there were no modifications that it could equip. Which meant when people clicked the modification choices they would get a confusing message about there being nothing that matches the criteria.

Now that there are modifications it can equip, the option will return.
