Not Able to Choose Specialized Spells

Hello all,

I've been trying to figure out why, for my level 7 Wizard, it won't let me choose the specialized spells. It shows up in red and that they need to be chosen but when I try to select it starts with level 0 choices. The problem is the only specialized spells I get to choose are level 1-4 and there's no way to choose them without first choosing the level 0. At least that's how it seems. Does anyone know the reason for this? I'm at a loss.

Have you added any of the correct spells to your spellbook?

Ahh, thank you. I am an idiot. I only chose my preferred school because of the bonuses and didn't realize that I don't really use the spells from that school very often.
