Hi. When using the Grand Theogonist, you should be able to select a unit of flagellants as Core. The unit appears at the bottom of the list, but there is no designation under Comp and if you select that unit, the points don't hit the composition summary under any category.

Question about this: Are you refering to Grand Theogonist Volkmar? Or a simple Warrior priest?

He is right, the Grand Theogonist should allow flagellants to be taken as core.

Warrior priests are set up right. When you select a priest, flagellants move to a core selection.
