The cost for war banner is wrong. It is listed as 25, but it is really 35.
The cost for enchanted shield is wrong. It is listed as 15, but it is really 5. |

It depends on the army book. The price for the common magic item in the army book still controls the cost of common magic items carried over from 7th edition. I had the same issue originally when 8th edition first came out.
