I purchased a 3rd license to use on a new laptop this weekend but I have not received an email with the license code. I do not know if the licensing server is down or if this just takes this long to process an order and generate a new license.
If there is anyway to get the license to me today it would help with my Savage Worlds game at 7pm tonight. Thanks in advance |

No new license email is sent when purchasing additional secondary licenses. Please see the instructions in the receipt email for how to obtain the secondary license. It's the first section beneath the purchase summary that's entitled "ELECTRONIC LICENSE EXTENSIONS".
