Hi,
I've been unable to access the website for over a week. I've cleared all my history and cache, as I though that it might be that, however none of the computers in my house can get on the site. How can I find out what's going on? |

Which website are you unable to access? I haven't had any reports from other people of problems, so as far as I know everything is up and working. Which site are you trying to access?
Also, are you using Internet Explorer? For some users, IE has a problem connecting to our sales web site. At the moment, our recommended solution is to download another browser, such as Firefox or Chrome, and visit the site in that browser, which should work fine. You can do so by copying the address out of internet explorer and into the other browser. |

The website I can't get to is http://www.wolflair.com/, or Hero Lab or Realms works. I use Firefox at the moment, I tried chrome, it also times out. Obviously, I can still reach the forums though.
