Uploading/Finding Player-Created Custom Files

Is there some central place that people upload custom Hero Lab d20 files? Like characters or monsters for the encounter builder or things like that? I've tried looking through this forum and can't seem to find anything except for the community stock files that haven't seen much action for quite a while.

There is the d20pfsrd.org community repository for pathfinder Hero Lab files which is why I'm curious why something like that doesn't exist for 3.5 material. It seems like this is such an active community. I'd love some more monsters to use in the encounter builder; I couldn't even find a single dragon in there now.

Not to my knowledge. I am still working on the stock files. It's just taking longer than I anticipated.
