Doomtrooper files

A big thanks to Jim Williamson for making and uploading the
Doomtrooper files. I didn't expect to find any DT files for the game,
much less with complete notes and corrections and everything.

Just wait! I'm in the process now of adding the Doomtrooper
Underground expansions to the data files.
