I didn't see any topic with this, so i decided to share what i have done so far.
To the encounter builder work you need a portfolio with the extension .stock, so the Hero lab can see that like a encounter builder source. So what i did is, i created a portfolio, created a NPC from each monster race and saved the portifolio with .stock. There's a bunch of monsters that isn't working, missing attacks and stufs, im sure the community is working on that right now, but there's a lot that are working pretty fine. You can open this file like a normal portifolio and edit the NPC monsters as you like, and the you will be able to see them in the encounter builder. I know that is pretty nothing, but it might and be userfull to someon, im not good in coding with hero lab, so i did what i could. Hope that helps. The community progress on the Missing monsters can be found here. Next release will significantly increase the count of completed monsters.

Normally you need only to add weapons and armors to a NPC monster. Everything else is coming from the race.
