I am not sure who I contact about this, but I have made my own LOTR
file and it works perfectly in 1.1 and has all the new cards in it, plus all the languages those cards appear in. Please let me know who to contact about this and how to get it published for the CV program. |

Contact the current author of the LotR files. His name is Mark and, IIRC,
his email address is turing2@rcn.com (it's in CV under the Help menu when the LotR files are loaded). He can either incorporate your material into his or transfer official responsibility for the LotR files over to you - it's entirely his call.
