Updating Inventory

How do I update the count of an item in my inventory? Last game I used some arrows and potions of cure light wounds, and I can't find a way to update my inventory.

Press the delete button for that stack of arrows. You'll then have the option to choose how many to remove, so set that number to the amount you used.
