Necromancer class

I'm creating the Necromancer class from the Eberron Campaign setting. I've hunted the forums and can't find anything on how to add the additional Necromancy spell at odd levels. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm having a hard time finding this class. Can you provide more details or a specific page number for it?

Figured it out. The crystal keep index had it in Eberron campaign but it's actually just a necro specialized wizard. I was forgetting that Hero Lab automatically adds the extra spells at each level when you choose necro as the specialized school.
