World versus Story Amalgamc

Hi there - why are their two of these, which one should i use for what reason, can i move an individual from one to another?

For the second part, yes, it's wonderfully easy: right-click on a topic and you'll see an option 'Move topic to World Almanac' or 'Move topic to Story Almanac'.
