Hoorah! The 40k files have been updated. This will probably be the last
update before AB2.1 is released, whenever that is - hopefully quite soon.

First, a note on the vehicle creation rules and specifically vehicle
speeds. I'm not going to let you just change your speed to whatever you
want; IMAO the souped-up engines are there for a reason, while the speed
table is just for completeness and because they're really poor editors.
Also, think on this: Are there any 'fast' war machines? At all? Not that I
can remember. How about Lumbering normal-sized tanks? Nope, again. Sorry
and all, but that's the way things go around here. If you disagree, write
an extension yourself.

DELTA PATTERN CHANGES
*~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~*

Genestealer Cult army added! Resistance is futile!

Vehicle Creation Rules:
The Storm Bolter can now be upgraded to Mega, Blast, etc.
The Earthshaker Cannon now costs 60 points.
The Whirlwind MRL now costs 40 points.
You now can't designate a vehicle as a "unit transport" if it has more than
one weapon or any Ordnance weapons. Note that taking 2 weapons with the +-
item buttons don't activate this, but IMAO they're too useful to remove.
"Unit transport" vehicles now count as such for the Kult of Speed and White
Scars.
Added Bombs, Big Bombs, and Rockets for Flyers.
Added the Star Cannon.
Amended the "Orbital Lander" description.
Corrected the "AA Mount" upgrade.

Orks:
The Grot Oiler can no longer be taken multiple times from the same item.
I.e., if you want 3, you have to take 3 separate items. Sorry

Kult of Speed:
The Nobz Bodyguard can now be mounted in a Battlewagon.
