Can't use licenses from different games at the same time

I recently bought a D&D 5ed and M&M 3ed license. I can activate both of them but can't switch to the other without it saying it's in demonstration mode. I recovered and reactivated both of them but nothing has changed.
 
Did you purchase one of these games as an add-on to the other, or did you purchase the base version of Hero Lab twice, selecting a different game each time?

If you did purchase Hero Lab twice, then do you have emails telling you what the license numbers of each copy are? If not, you'll need to load each game and within the license menu, choose "Send My Licenses To Me".

Once you have both of the license numbers, send an email to support@wolflair.com, explaining that you purchased HL twice, and give them the two license numbers (please don't post the license numbers in this thread). They should be able to merge those into one license, and if it's been less than 60 days, they should be able to give you a refund for the difference in cost between adding a new game system to an existing copy of Hero Lab and the cost of a new copy of Hero Lab.
