I don't see Starting Cash either (I don't think I saw it when I created my character either - I had to go somewhere else to put it in - I think.)

Are you using the drow Monstep template or the elf with drow sub race player option

ok use CTRL-K and look if you checked one of the HP optio.
You can try to change hero settings there and click on game default to go back to default 5e settings, then check again player handbook. |

As well as the basic version of HeroLab, there is a version for the data files. You can see what updates are available by clicking on the "New Updates" button and seeing if there is an updated version of the 5E ruleset for you.
