Interesting. I was just able to create a Drow Warlock that COULD set hitpoints, which directly contradicts my ability to duplicate the bug yesterday!

My "bugged" character portfolio continues to resist any HP-related hero-configuration settings to get the HP editable.

Does anyone know where I can submit a bugged portfolio for inspection by developers?

I FOUND IT. THIS IS NOT A BUG!

The switch that matters is "Adventures League Organized Play"

Apparently, AL has hit-point restriction rules. I turned it on to enter my AL number.

Details: http://media.wizards.com/downloads/d...uide_todv1.pdf

"Hit Points at Higher Levels: Whenever you gain a level, use the fixed hit point value shown in your class entry. You cannot roll your hit points"

Happy you resolved things yourself! In future, if you find a bug, there is a link to our automated bug-tracking system in one of the stickied threads at the top of the forum.
