PDF Update FRUSTRATION....

Hey so the other day I got this;

And so I tried to update, but got this;

So I looked, and only found these;

...And I can't seem to see which one uses .pdfs....

Any help?

The "one using PDFs" is, in fact, Hero Lab. When you get the error message telling you to close software, close Hero Lab, and retry.

The error box isn't actually focus for Hero Lab, so you can just close it (HL) normally.

Edit: LWD, any chance we can get a one-line sticky or something, because this question has been asked a lot lately. I know it's a rare situation, but the answer is really trivial, just highly counterintuitive (or at least counterexperiential).
