Well met. First time, long time.

I've used Army Builder with great success for 40k, and recently downloaded Hero Lab.

I like the layout of the program, and user interface. Only question I have...is there additional prestige classes available via a download or patch?

ie. Tattooed Monk, etc.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Well, there is a built in editor to add your own prestige classes, and some people like myself have been adding things and are willing to share. I haven't done that one myself, but maybe someone else has, and if not I am happy to give you advice on how to use the editor to add it yourself.

**cough, www.cheeseweasel.net - follow the hero lab & D&D 3.5 links - just make sure it has a Y in the "complete" column, cough**

Sorry, just clearing my throat.

Hmm, who else might be able to help?....good question....hmm, maybe if you don't find what you seek at a certain "cheesey" site and then you sent your E-Mail address via Private Message with the specifics to Lawful_G (see his posts elsewhere in this forum) you might have some success in your quest for info.

Maybe.

Welcome to the family,
Nigel Fogg, aka The Wayfarer.

Nigel - The "cheesey" site was real helpful. Great source of info. Gracias amigo!

Lawful G - I started toying with the editor. I think a little trial and error will help me work out the kinks. I'll crack open the book and attempt to translate the info.

Do all 'new' prestige classes use the class tab in the editor?

Yes they do. There is a separate tab for monster classes however.

The only real obstacle I've come across is adding the special abilities (tattoos). Would I use the Class Special Abilities tab?

Are there a selection of different tatoos that the user gets to choose between? If so use Custom Abilities.

If the hero gets specified tatoos at certain levels then class specials is the way to go.
