For those who might have missed the email, Kickstarter was hacked. They say no CC info was accessed, but encrypted passwords and personal info was accessed.
Encrypted passwords can sometimes be cracked after the fact, so they recommend changing your password on their site as well as on any other sites where you may have used the same password. |
