How do I get the Army Builder to allow me to equip each of my Nob
Bodyguards with their own equipment? It won't let me have any fewer
than 5 and when I select a weapon or item, it gives it to all of them.
What do I do about this? Thanks.

Select the nobs retinue, there is a downward pointing arrow on the unit
options selection indicating further options, click this and at the
bottom you will see "add additional nobz". Select as many variants as
you require The upward pointing arrow takes you back to the other
selections.

Cheers
