Sorry didn't know were else to post.

I purchased Army Builder this past Sunday the 1st via the web portal. I down loaded and installed the client. I was told to expect a confirmation email, but was provided an order # and License # via the portal.

I attempted to activate my license at that time and was told that the email or license was incorrect. It now says my license is locked out.

I have sent 5 emails, since Sunday. I receive a confirmation each time that my email was received and to wait 2 business days for a reply.

I have yet to receive a reply.

Does anyone know how to contact support ? Are they on these forums?

I apologize for the delay in responding to you. Could you please contact me directly with details, including your license number? I will try to find out what the issue is.

Additionally, if you could forward the automated notices you received from our support system when you made contact, that would be very helpful.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, but we'll get it squared away as soon as possible.
