I got the following message:
An error occured while extracting the contents. The import file is likely corrupted. Please try downloading the file again. I tried it again and still got the error. V12.22 This is for the update The Spymaster's Handbook, Path of the Hellknight, In the Company of Dragons, In the Company of Fey and Hell's Vengeance #5. I believe this is for the 2016 Bundle. |

Good God, I just downloaded the bug fixes for Herolab and now it thinks it is on a new computer again. Giving me the usual 120 days reassign crap. Can you guys please get rid of that? I mean, make it gone FOREVER. Getting very tired of being locked out of my pretty expensive Pathfinder RPG program. I'm also trying to get it to work on my laptop and need to also reassign it.
Thank you. |

Zuxius - please double-check the license numbers you have assigned to each of your computers. What you're describing is what would happen if you assigned the same license number to both, instead of getting a second license number for your laptop.
You can check those numbers from the Help menu...About Hero Lab. If you're using separate license numbers for each computer, Hero Lab does not need a license reassignment on a regular basis. |

Honestly, it says it is Unlicensed now. When I try to move my license, it says I have to wait 120 days. It was just working before I did this update. I really have no idea if I have a second license number running about either. Is there a way to check for it?
I do know, that I have a lot of prep to do and I need both computers to do it. Last edited by Zuxius; August 1st, 2016 at 09:36 PM. |

Ok, after sleuthing I found that my laptop is running HPKQ-------------
My computer is running HPER----------- It says my HPER cannot be reassigned for 120 days, so this isn't coming from having two of the same licenses running on two machines. I might also add that I recently switched to WIN 10 so maybe that fooled it. Not sure. |

Windows 10 is notorious for causing a change to the system signature and requiring reactivation.
