Is there anyway within HL that when a druid changes shape to an animal or elemental to check a box and have the stats change based on the animal/elemental and size they change into (Tiny, Med, Large, huge etc) This would reflect damage, to hit, AC, etc

I believe that someone has done a file for this within the Community Repository at http://www.d20pfsrd.com/extras/commu...tions/hero-lab

They are located in Spell Adjustments as various versions of "Beast Shape, Elemental Body, and Plant Shape".

Weird, looked there and looked and re-looked and never saw them. Even the other user file of 10 zipped files I did not see them.

Found the two do not play nice and killed my HL. Had to remove and delete all HL (not characters) and reload

They aren't sourced, so they should show up automatically. If they aren't, then I suspect there may have been an error loading up. In that case, no user content is loaded.

What do you mean you had to delete HL? Were you getting an error message when you started HL? You can right click on the error and copy it, then paste in your post. That will help people identify what is going on in order to provide you more help.
