Hi All. I really enjoy hero lab but have NO IDEA how to edit content.
I have a cleric domain I would like to enter so I have access to it for my player characters' and my campaign. How do I go about uploading this subclass? Again I am computer illiterate! Any help would be welcomed!

Thanks

Open Hero Lab. Tools > Editor.

Now the easiest way to start is to open a file that exists already and simply study it.

Assuming you have the Community Pack. Open the following file:

COM_5ePack_PHB - Classes.user

Study the other cleric domains. You will find these on the Class > Custom Ability tab.

Now the Class Special Abilities are basically links to other content. Have a look at how this is setup. Then look at the Class > Class Special tab to see where the items exist.

The class is simply referencing the Class Specials and linking it together.

You will see alot of stuff in the Bootstraps button. Bootstraping is basically connecting a 'thing' that already exists somewhere else in the editor to the Class.

Class's are the most difficult thing to enter btw. I suggest starting with a Race to get your head around using the tool.
