Hey guys,
I somehow have a topic that was added to another one (contained topic) - is there a way to undo this and bring it back to the top of the order (no containing topic).... |

Easy enough.
load the topic. On the right side of the UI you should see, amongst other things, a panel that says Containing Topic and has the topic that contains the topic as the sole entry with a hammer and wrench icon on the right. Click the icon and you should get two options. One is clear the container and one is replace the container. If you choose Clear and then save the topic it will be left at the top level. my Realm Works videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZU...4DwXXkvmBXQ9Yw |

Right-click on the child topic in the navigation pane and choose "Clear Container" from the menu
OR with the child topic loaded in a tab, click on the tools menu next to the Topic shown as the container (right panel, Containing Topic) and choose Clear Container from that menu EDIT: ninja'd Last edited by Silveras; January 30th, 2017 at 07:16 PM. Reason: my timing is awful |

Thanks - I saw the option - I got all the way to the dialog and was close to clicking OK when I chickened out - not being sure if it would do what I wanted (and not wanting to clear everything below the topic).
