I was in beta test group as a kickstarter member and had a very early version loaded.
When I updated I now get the following message. "The account currently logged in on another session. This could happen is the previous session was terminated unexpectedly, or if you are logged in on another device. (Note: is it always safe to terminate the previous session if you are only using realm works from a single device) DO you want to terminate the previous session and start a new one? (Y/N)" When I say yes the program communicates with the server for about 10-15 second interval and then I get the following message. "Please Contact support. It appears the database is old and cannot be automatically upgraded to this version" I have contact the support with no answer yet. Anyone have any ideas? I have tried the following: Uninstall and re-install to no avail. I have only used one desktop for the program. |

An e-mail reply to your support request was sent out 3/29/2014 at 7:27 AM (Pacific). Please check your e-mail around that time to see if you have misplaced it. Perhaps it got flagged as spam or otherwise misdirected.

Please post the solution in this thread instead of emailing it privately.
It would have saved me and I'm sure others, time and a headache if I could have just searched the forums for a solution. Thanks. ![]() |
