I had to wipe my laptop and reinstall Windows from scratch. Ive been trying to authenticate for a week but I keep getting sent to the "Click Here For Early License Reassignment". I have done the re-assignment request 3 or 4 times now and never even get the confirmation email.
I mailed support about 24 hours ago about this and have heard nothing back. |

Unfortunately it was mentioned in the RW forums HERE that LW's email support is down. Looks like whatever hosting company they used are having problems. Think this is what you call a perfect storm of issues..
I would recommend sending in another support email and hopefully they can fix you before the weekend.
