Creating a Template

I've set out to create the 'Vampire Lord' template as displayed
here

But I have no I idea how I would go about creating the custom abilities for it or modifying the existing ones. Can anybody help me out?

The first thing I do when looking at coding templates is to separate what's easiest to implement. In this case I'd consider copying the vampire template and modifying the relevant fields first, abilities just change the applied numbers, skills look at some existing scripts and modify to add the racial bonuses.

As most of the template seems to be a standard Vampire then it's not necessary to reinvent the wheel.
