I made a werewolf with max damage already before claws. I want the claws to give 5 penetrating to the damage only. According to the core book you can do that. How do I do that on Hero lab? Also is there a video tutorial for Mutants and masterminds 3?

You need the Strength Effect power. That lets you add extras for your strength.

What do you mean by a video tutorial? Do you need help using Hero Lab, or with M&M 3?

I would think that both would be a good reason. I am having some difficulties myself.

Adding new races, abilities, skills, feats & spells in d20/Pathfinder, and Templates in d20/Pathfinder/M&M_3e for character creation.

Any form of instructional video that could at least point us in the right direction would be most welcome.

Have you gone through the tutorials in the documentation?
