Absolutely. Go one better and follow the naming convention used. Note everything we put in the community pack has a 5C in it. Then send me the file once you're done. Check my signature for the github link where we organise use. There's files there to learn from and a wiki of useful knowledge.

Using the Editor I do not know how to get nested source dependency (i.e., how Svirfneblin Magic is sourced from Elemental Evil Player's Companion which is under Elemental Evil which is under 5e Adventures which is under Community Packs).

What are you trying to achieve? I can't see Svirfneblin Magic within the Zendikar, Magic: The Gathering pdf.

If a class requires the use of another 'thing' within the tool that exists in another pack I will usually create a unique copy of it. Because it's not something the player gets a choice to add this works ok.

If a class allows the selection of another 'thing' that comes with another pack I work on the assumption that the player knows they need to access that content in order to add the options from it.

No no no, I mean in the hero lab settings (when you push control K) to bring up the list of sources. Don't worry about it.

Here is all of the Zendikar Races implemented except for one issue.
The Elves of the Tajuru Nation do not have a complete implementation of Skill Versatility: it does not function for tools and the check for redundant proficiency is not working at this time.

Brilliant Have raised a ticket to implement this.

Will need to check it out for copy-right issues.

I suspect the lawyer division is better staffed to protect MtG than it is D&D Not taking any risks.

The last take down notice I saw go out was for the free Monster a Day Compendium that was made over on Reddit. They created monsters stats for a MtG monster and lawyers pounced.
