PF2 Alchemist Improvements
  • PF2 - The free formulas a character learns from sources like the Alchemical Crafting feat, the Alchemist class, the Snare Crafting Feat, and many others now have individual tables so that you can choose from only those formulas that are valid for that particular ability.
  • PF2 - A new Formulas tab is available in the Equipment group, where characters can purchase item formulas from specific items, rather than having to purchase generic items that then get named to reflect each formula. The previous versions of formulas on the Gear tab are still available, but they're now primarily intended to be used for new formulas you've found/purchased written down, but haven't had time to transfer to your formula book (because they're still distinct objects, they can still be moved into containers).
  • PF2 - For those who wish to track which formula is stored in each formula book, within formula books, you can now choose which things from the Formula tab to copy into that particular book. This is an optional step - having a formula recorded on the Formula tab will allow the formula-related mechanisms to function.
  • PF2 - Alchemists and Multiclassed Alchemists now have an "Infused Alchemical Items to Create" table on their class tab where you can choose which items you want to use your infused reagents to create the next time you make your daily batches of infused alchemical items. Note that each choice on this table reflects a single batch of infused reagents, so if you wanted to use two batches to create 4 items, you should add the same selection twice.
  • PF2 - Alchemists and Multiclassed Alchemists now have an "Infused Alchemical Items - Self-Created" table on their gear tab, with a Prepare Batches button - press this button during your daily preparations to create a physical item from each item in your "Infused Alchemical Items to Create" table. Note that this will empty the table before creating new items so that if you've used up much of what was created the previous day, that can all be reset, and if the list of items in the Alchemical Batches table has changed, this day's preparations will leave you with only the correct items. Note that the "Infused Alchemical Items" table is still available, but it's been renamed "Infused Alchemical Items - Created by Others" - this is used for the infused items that other characters give you, including those traded between alchemists in a party with multiple alchemists.

Client Improvements
  • Performance improvements when navigating/opening certain dialog windows
  • Improved performance when expanding/collapsing blocks, tables, and table headers, especially on views that had lots of these, like the Play tab
  • Fixes some alignment issues in tables caused by leaving space for item menus where none were needed
  • Fixes a number of Play tab tables across all games which should have been displaying multiple columns on wide enough displays not doing so (e.g. Ability Scores, Skills)
  • SR6 - Makes the Play > Actions table 2 columns on wide enough displays
  • SR6 - Makes the Play > Special Abilities table 2 columns on wide enough displays
  • SR6 - Makes the Edge > Modifiers table a little more compact around its edges
  • All Games - Makes the Play > Effects tables 2 columns on wide enough displays

Game Mechanics
  • SR6 - For non-human characters, the attribute point costs were being calculated incorrectly.
  • SR6 - The Addiction quality's maximum should be 6, rather than 4.
  • SR6 - The principal and interest for the In Debt quality were calculated much higher than they should have been. Note that the ability to mark how much of your debt is paid off is not available yet, and will be fixed in a future update.
  • PF2 - The restriction in the Pathfinder Society Guide's Purchasing Restrictions that you can only purchase items of up to your character level was not being enforced.
  • PF2 - Spell DCs were included with the spell's descriptions on the printout.
  • PF2 - Most of the PFS boons were not showing on a character's Special Abilities list on the Play tab.
  • PF2 - The druid focus spell "Wild Shape (Humanoid Form)" had the incorrect duration of 1 minute instead of 10 minutes.
  • PF2 - When displaying in the statblock's gear section, custom gear listed its price in credits, rather than sp.
  • PF2 - Both a shield and the Shield Bash weapon were being listed in the gear section of the statblock.
  • PF2 - Reach was displaying twice in the statblock output for weapons, once for the trait and once with the reach value.
  • PF2 - Situational modifiers to AC were not displaying in the statblock.
  • PF2 - Rings of Wizardry II-IV where not allowing a choice of spellcasting class.
  • PF2 - Doubling Rings were not causing the name of the second weapon to incorporate the names of the runes it was receiving (the effects were being transferred properly).
  • PF2 - The Sorcerer feat "Bespell Weapon" did not have any ways to activate its extra weapon damage.
  • PF2 - The Barbarian's feat "Brutal Critical" was not showing its extra critical damage dice on melee weapons.
  • PF2 - The Natural Medicine general feat was listed as a level 2 feat instead of a level 1 feat.
  • PF2 - A Barbarian's Dragon Instinct was not displaying the choice to either Respect or Abhor the selected dragon type.
  • PF2 - The magic item "Gloves of Storing" was not acting as a container.
  • PF2 - The druid's feat "Order Explorer" was incorrectly granting the selected order's trained skill.
  • PF2 - While choosing which spell to add to a list, its description text did not include the duration information.
  • SF - The Bane fusion was not allowing the user to select a subtype when the primary type chosen was Outsider/Humanoid.

Why has tracking current fame still not available for Pathfinder? It has been in Starfinder for a long time...

I'm looking into this.

An update on this: Right now, it appears you can add and remove fame via the journal, but we don't list your current amount. We'll be working on fixing that shortly.

Longer term, we want to integrate fame into the purchase system for when you're adding boons, so that adding journal entries to subtract fame is only necessary of custom/one-off fame spends.

That would be nice for Starfinder as well. Not sure if it does that already for Starfinder.

And Thanks.

I like that plan, Joe. Thank you for your view of the future.
